EpiMelt Human Control
Our Assay-Specific Control Systems can be used with most methylation-screening technologies, including MS-HRM (Figure 1), MSP or bisulfite sequencing. They can also be used to generate standard curves for technologies like q-MSP or MethyLight (Figure 2).
Each EpiMelt Assay-Specific Control System includes a negative methylation control and a positive methylation control. A standard curve can be created by analysis of an EpiMelt Control dilution range.
Our control systems are available in the size of 100 Control PCRs. The controls can be ordered separately or as a set.
